Screen print
Screen print is the cost-efficient mark once you pass a few hundred pieces in one design. Plastisol is durable. Water-based and discharge feel softer and need a tighter process.
Each color is a screen. A six-color front on a 200-piece run spends more on setup than on shirts. Simplify the art or raise the quantity.
Embroidery
Embroidery belongs on polos, caps, and small hoodie marks. It survives wash after wash. It is a poor fit for a large photorealistic graphic.
Send a vector file. We digitize, stitch a sample, and you approve the density before bulk. A photo of a cap is not a stitch file.
DTG
Direct-to-garment handles many artworks at low quantity, especially on cotton jersey. It is slower and costs more per piece than a screen once the run is large.
Use DTG for a test drop or a program with many SKUs. Move a proven graphic to screen print when the reorder is stable.
