Send the garment, quantity per color, target GSM or a reference, decoration, size range, and the date you need cartons. A tech pack is ideal. A photo and a sample also work.

Sampling and approval
Approve fabric hand-feel, fit, and decoration in writing. Bulk is cut to that sample. A comment in a chat thread is easy to lose; an email approval is the record.
If you change the art after approval, the lead time moves.
Artwork files
Prints need vector files or a high-resolution PNG with the physical size in centimeters. Embroidery needs vector art and a note about the finished width.
Tell us the placement with a measurement from a seam, not only a mockup crop.
Shipping and Incoterms
FOB Shenzhen means we deliver to the port you name in Shenzhen and your forwarder takes it from there. EXW Dongguan means your forwarder collects from the factory.
Carton marks, packing lists, and commercial invoices are part of the shipment file.
Quality standard
The approved sample is the standard. Inline checks cover seams, measurements on a size set, and decoration. You get photos before we close the last carton.
A plus or minus 3 percent quantity tolerance is normal unless your order says otherwise.
