Quotes
A price on this site is a starting point, not an offer you can accept by clicking. A written quote is valid for the period stated on it, usually 15 days, and assumes the fabric and quantity in that quote.
Samples
Fit and photo samples are billed unless the quote says they are free. Bulk production starts after you approve the sample in writing. The approved sample is the quality reference.
Artwork
You confirm that you have the right to reproduce every logo, print, and label you send. You will cover Fitwell if a third party claims the artwork infringes their rights.
Lead times
Lead times count from sample approval and from the date we receive any agreed deposit and complete artwork. They are planning dates. A delay in your approval moves the ship date by the same number of days.
Quantity and tolerance
Apparel bulk is cut in lays. Unless the order says otherwise, a plus or minus 3 percent quantity tolerance is accepted and invoiced at the unit price.
Liability
We repair or remake goods that miss the approved sample because of our work. We are not liable for lost resale margin, marketplace penalties, or indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Law
The website terms follow the laws of the People’s Republic of China. A purchase order may name another law if both sides sign that. Courts in Dongguan hear disputes about the website unless a signed order says otherwise.
