What we collect
Quote forms collect your name, work email, phone, company, country, budget range, inquiry type, and message. Booking collects a date, time, and topic. The newsletter collects an email and your consent. Directory submissions collect a company profile. The server may log a technical request record such as time and browser type.
Why we use it
We use inquiry and booking details to answer you and to prepare a quote or a call. We use the newsletter only for the factory briefing you opted into. We do not sell personal data. Analytics and marketing tags do not load until you allow those cookie categories.
How long we keep it
Sales correspondence is kept for as long as the program is active and for a reasonable archive after the last shipment, so we can answer a claim. You can ask us to delete a newsletter address at any time.
Who else sees it
Staff on your account see the inquiry. When Supabase is configured, the submission is stored in the database. When it is not, the server writes it to the application log instead. Email is sent only if SMTP is configured.
Your requests
Email luke@fitwellapparel.com to access, correct, or delete the details we hold, or to stop the briefing. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also contact your local authority. We will tell you if a request conflicts with a record we must keep for a shipment.
