Hospitality
Soft-hand water-based print, folded for guest rooms, with no claims after delivery.

Private label
A size curve, FBA carton labels, and a reorder once the first listing sold through.
US streetwear buyer
10,000 pieces left Dongguan 22 days after sample approval.
The buyer had a tech pack and a target hand-feel. We matched a 380 gsm cotton-poly fleece, ran lab dips for three colors, and sampled puff on the chest plus a small embroidery on the sleeve.
Inline QC caught a rib length drift on the first size run and corrected it before the rest of the cut. Cartons were marked for a US warehouse, not a marketplace.
EU hospitality buyer
6,000 tees across four properties, packed by size and property code.
The group needed a quiet print and a fold that housekeeping could shelf. We used a 180 gsm combed cotton and a water-based print that stayed soft after a hotel wash test.
Each carton carried the property code. The QC sheet included a wash photo. The buyer recorded no claims on the shipment.
Marketplace seller
2,400 hoodies, labeled for FBA, followed by one reorder on the same spec.
The seller did not have a full tech pack. We built the spec from a reference hoodie, agreed a size curve weighted to M and L, and printed FBA labels from their spreadsheet.
The first shipment sold through. The reorder used the same approved sample, so sampling was skipped and the lead time shortened.
